Dear Mr. Frévolli

I bought a notebook at the Ponto Frio site, it arrived yesterday and I noticed some damage, it is scratch. I already called to the attendents, they said that can changed it, but I need to send it back, but the problem is it gets expensive to send it by sedex. So I want to know if there is a possibility to me take it to a store (they don't know about this there) and they made the exchange. I hope you can help. Thank you.
